Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.

Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

A genuine passion for luxury fashion, art, and culture.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Louis Vuitton is seeking dynamic, client-focused temporary Client Advisor for a 6-week assignment in our Manchester store.

As a Louis Vuitton Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of our brand, embodying our values of excellence, passion, and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in creating extraordinary experiences for our discerning clientele, guiding them through our exquisite collections and building lasting relationships. This role requires an individual with a deep appreciation for luxury, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine desire to deliver personalized service.

• Client Engagement & Sales:
  • Proactively welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding their needs, and anticipating their desires.
  • Master product knowledge across all categories (leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, etc.) to confidently present and explain features, benefits, and brand heritage.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully presented.
• Client Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history.
  • Proactively follow up with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-store appointments) to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Host and participate in client events, developing a strong network of loyal clients.
• Brand Ambassador:
  • Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation, professionalism, and passion for luxury.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of current fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities.
  • Act as a role model for new team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operational Excellence:
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, inventory management, and security.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory receiving, transfers, and stock management as needed.

Contract Duration: 15th November - 30th December (Full availability required across this entire period, including weekends and holidays).

Commitment: Full availability is required across the entire peak trading period (15th November - 30th December), including weekends and holidays. Due to business demands during this festive window, holiday leave cannot be accommodated.

Full availability and commitment to work throughout the entire peak festive period (15th November to 31st December), with no holiday leave permitted during this assignment.
