- You will reconcile data between the EffecTech Job Database and SAP, to ensure the timely and accurate invoicing of jobs from SAP
- On a daily basis you will monitor the results received back from SAP and coordinate the correction and manual loading of rejected orders from the Job Database SAP export
- As part of the Purchase to Pay process you will be responsible of requisition and purchase order creation in SRM / SAP, supporting the completion of goods receipting to ensure the timely payment of supplier invoices
- You will coordinate pro-forma payments and cash allocation queries with BOCs Customer Service centre, ensuring that receipts are mapped to the correct customer and invoice
- You will track debt and chase customers for payment of overdue invoices
