- You will lead, supervise, and support the Maintenance Night Shift Team, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- You will plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities across all plant equipment and facilities
- Further you will ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to maximise reliability, performance, and uptime
- Overseeing fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems will be part of your role
- You will provide technical support and guidance to both the Maintenance and Production teams
- Further you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and safe working practices will be part of your role
- You will manage maintenance records, schedules, contractors, and maintenance-related documentation
