The role
- Lead and manage the Meetings and Events team, overseeing day-to-day operations and event delivery
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all event requirements are met
- Manage event budgets, cost control, and supplier coordination
- Monitor and manage event set-ups to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Liaise with clients to ensure a seamless planning and execution process
The Person
- Experience as a Meeting and Events Manager, or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
- Confident Communicator
- Resilient and Hardworking
- Passion for Excellent Customer Service
