The role

As a Casual Food & Beverage Team Member, you will be an ambassador for our brand, delivering attentive, personalised service across our food and beverage outlets, including our restaurants, bar, breakfast service, room service and events spaces. You will contribute to an atmosphere of understated luxury, ensuring every guest interaction is effortless, warm and memorable.

What you'll do

Deliver exceptional luxury service in line with our standards
Welcome and engage guests with confidence, professionalism and genuine care
Maintain excellent product knowledge to guide and enhance the guest experience
Respond to guest requests with efficiency, discretion and attention to detail
Support seamless service across all Food & Beverage Operations.
