• Proven success leading an international select-service hotel environment

• Previous General Manager experience or significant Executive Committee leadership with demonstrated readiness for a General Manager appointment
• Strong commercial acumen and a consistent record of delivering sustainable financial performance
• Experience working closely with hotel ownership and asset management partners
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a passion for coaching, mentoring and succession planning
• A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams while maintaining high standards of accountability
• Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to navigate complexity with resilience, agility and optimism

As the General Manager you will be accountable to:

• Oversee, manage and support the successful opening of the hotel

• Oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property: ensuring that it is operating with excellence

• Align with Hyatt's core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure the efficient and effective management of the property asset.

• With integrity and in alignment with our Leadership Expectations, lead a diverse team to build the trust of others in all interactions and cultivate a positive guest and colleague experience.

• Continuously find ways to improve all areas of the property and remain flexible in rapidly changing environments.
