Job Description

Live-in Care Assistant. Starting at £896 per week.

Flexible weeks on/off placement scheduling.

We are looking for someone with kind, compassionate heart who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients, to join our team as a Live-In Carer.

As a Live-In Carer, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent. You will work to maintain the clients quality of life, continuously document notes in relation to the client, and maintain regular contact with the Care Manager.

Additionally, you will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

The role of a Live-in Care Assistant is hugely rewarding, where you will be encouraged build and maintain a positive relationship with both the client and their family, making a truly positive difference.

As a Live-In Carer, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or a paid food allowance from the client, a separate room to stay in and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to enroll within specialist qualifications by the company as well as 24/7 support with an individual support contact.

All care requirements will be outlined by the client. The following list gives some potential requirements and is not exhaustive:

Bathing & personal grooming

Companionship

Helping with mobility

Helping to keep the client active

Light housework

Meal preparation and monitoring of clients diet

Administering Medication

Running errands

Toilet & continence care

Trips out of the house

As a live-in Carer you will be responsible for providing round the clock care for our clients within their home, While the list above outlines the potential tasks which are required, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the client can continue to live life to the full in their own home.
