The role

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our friendly Care Assistant team out in the community providing home visits. This role offers full-time hours.

What you'll do

Ensure clients remain independent within the comfort of their own homes
Provide personal care, such as supporting clients with bathing/showering or dressing
Help clients to stay on top of their medication
Work in warm and welcoming manner to provide companionship
Help around the home with light household tasks such as ironing or cleaning

Being a community based, the role requires travel between clients. The main areas we cover are Thame, Aylesbury, and Leighton Buzzard, alongside the surrounding villages.
