Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Own vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees

Preferred Qualifications

• Health and Safety awareness or basic training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Physical fitness and mobility to support personal care tasks
• Willingness to undertake City & Guilds-accredited dementia training and ongoing professional development
• Reliable transport and punctuality record
• Flexibility and adaptability to support client continuity

Job Description

Care Professional - One-Hour Visits | £13-£14 per hour + Mileage

What You'll Receive

• £13/hour weekdays, £14 on weekends
• Double time on bank holidays
• 30p mileage between clients
• Every second weekend off

Hours and Availability

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities and are looking for people who can support clients during the following times:

• 7am - 2.30pm and 3.45pm - 9.45pm shifts
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Alternate weekends and at least two evenings a week (essential for this role)
• Some flexibility to support client continuity

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Care Professional, you'll help people stay safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes. Every visit is personal, and your support may include:

• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing)
• Light household tasks
• Medication prompts
• Meal preparation
• Attending appointments or shopping
