Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Own vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees

Preferred Qualifications

• Health and Safety awareness or basic training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Physical fitness and mobility to support personal care tasks
• Willingness to undertake City & Guilds-accredited dementia training and ongoing professional development

Job Description

Care Professional - One-Hour Visits | Mornings, Evenings & Weekends | £13-£14 per hour + Mileage

Part-time role: up to 16 hours per week across early and late shifts

We need carers in these areas: S25, S26 and S66

Your Hours and Availability

We're looking for people who can offer reliable support during the following times:

• Between 7:00am-2:30pm and 3:45pm-9:45pm
• Alternate weekends and at least two evenings a week (essential for this role)
• Some flexibility to support client continuity

As a Care Professional, you'll help people feel safe, supported and comfortable in their own homes. Your visits may include:

• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing)
• Light household tasks
• Medication prompts
• Meal preparation
• Attending appointments or shopping
