Hours: Minimum of 10 hours per week.
Pay: £13.25 -£15.20 per visit + £11.50 /hour for travel time + £0.40-45/mile mileage + double time payments on bank holidays

Being a Care Professional at Home Instead is about so much more than providing practical support - it's about being a familiar face, a listening ear, and a reliable presence in someone's life.

Your day-to-day routine might include:

• Light housekeeping tasks
• Medication assistance
• Personal care (washing, dressing, grooming, incontinence support, moving safely)
• Accompanying clients to appointments or running errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support

We believe in relationship-led care, which means:

• Longer visit times (no rushed 15-minute calls)
• Matching carers with clients for continuity and comfort
• Time to connect, not just complete tasks
