Job Description

What You'll Be Doing (Care, Connection & Kindness)

• Providing genuine companionship - sharing conversation, enjoying a cup of tea, and bringing warmth and connection as brighter spring days arrive.
• Supporting daily routines such as dressing, personal care, bathing, and grooming - helping clients start their day feeling comfortable, confident, and ready for what the day brings.
• Preparing nourishing meals - from light lunches to comforting evening meals that support health and wellbeing.
• Offering medication reminders (full training provided) to help clients stay on track with their health routines.
• Helping with light household tasks - keeping homes safe, tidy, and welcoming as we move into the new season.
• Providing reassurance and emotional support - being a calm, reliable presence who clients look forward to seeing.
• Completing simple care notes so families and the wider team can stay informed and continue providing the best support
