What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead and develop a team of Territory Sales Managers and Internal Sales professionals, creating a high-performance culture that delivers exceptional customer service and commercial results.

Working closely with customers and colleagues across the business, you'll:

• Inspire, coach and develop a successful sales team
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market share across your region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identify new commercial opportunities and bring winning strategies to life
• Use market insight and data to support effective decision-making
• Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability and customer focus

This is a leadership role that combines people development, commercial strategy and customer engagement, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact on business performance.

What We're Looking For

• A track record of leading successful B2B sales teams

Experience within construction materials, aggregates, asphalt, building products, industrial manufacturing or a related sector would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in leaders who can bring fresh thinking and a proven record of commercial success.
