The Opportunity

As District Operations Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the safe, efficient and profitable operation of our concrete plants within the district. Leading a team of operational professionals, you'll ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality and environmental performance. Working closely with commercial teams and senior leaders, you'll play a key role in shaping operational strategy, driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, service and profitability.

• Leading and developing a high-performing operations team across multiple sites

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within construction materials, concrete, aggregates, manufacturing or a similar operational environment
• A strong track record of managing teams and improving performance
• Excellent people leadership and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and experience managing operational costs and budgets
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• A commitment to health, safety and operational excellence
• The ability to build strong relationships across operations, commercial and support teams
