- Extensive experience in airports or aviation at airport operators, airlines or aviation consultancy.
- Extensive experience in Project Management and/or PMO experience including strong experience and capability in many of the following disciplines: development, design, construction, business management and transformational change.

What you'll do
- Ensuring that Heathrow discharge their regulatory responsibilities in line with our licence working across functions to identify and resolve risks and issues whilst continuing to seek opportunities to streamline our processes and governance.
- Managing key internal forums and external engagement with our airline customers and regulatory partners.
- Managing the Capital Handbooks ensuring they remain relevant and complaint with CAA License and embedding them into our day-to-day activities.
- Supporting Heathrow's business units, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our capital regulatory obligations and supporting the business units in executing plans in a compliant manner.
- Working across our teams to develop the optimal balance of capital investment within the current and future regulatory periods to achieve Heathrow's strategic outcomes.
