The role

Join Heathrow as a Stakeholder Engagement Manager and play a key role in shaping how we engage with local authorities and business groups. Please note this role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
  • Develop and deliver engagement strategies that strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across local government, business groups, and local communities.
  • Manage ongoing local relationships with local authorities and business groups, providing insight and feedback from stakeholders to inform Heathrow's Heathrow ongoing plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent communication and engagement across all channels.
  • Monitor stakeholder feedback and emerging issues, providing insight and recommendations to senior leaders, including the preparation of briefing notes and presentations.
  • Support the delivery of projects by ensuring stakeholder needs and expectations are effectively managed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in how Heathrow engages with its stakeholders, identifying opportunities for innovation and transparency.
