Community Investment Co-ordinator

Join Heathrow as a Community Investment Co-ordinator and play an integral role in delivering our commitment to supporting local communities around the airport.

• Co-ordinating the delivery of Heathrow's community investment programmes, ensuring alignment with our sustainability and social impact objectives.
• Managing relationships with local charities, schools, and community partners to deliver projects that meet agreed outcomes.
• Monitoring and reporting on programme performance, including financial tracking and impact measurement.
• Supporting the development of new initiatives that respond to community needs and Heathrow's strategic priorities.
• Organising events and engagement activities to promote Heathrow's community work and encourage participation.
• Ensuring compliance with governance processes and maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting.

• Experience in community investment, corporate social responsibility, charity partnerships or programme co-ordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and produce clear reports on performance and impact.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
