Exposure to Greece/EU rollout environments

The role

Act as the bridge between business (store operations) and engineering, ensuring Oracle Xstore POS solutions are functionally aligned, technically feasible, and rollout-ready for multi-country deployment.

The role will own fit-gap analysis, requirement translation, UAT support, and solution validation across UK rollout and subsequent markets

What you'll do

Lead fit-gap analysis for Oracle Xstore POS against business processes
Define and document:
Business Requirements (BRDs)
Functional Specifications (FSDs)
User stories with acceptance criteria
Ensure alignment of:
UK regulatory requirements
Global POS template vs local adaptations
Translate business requirements into techno-functional Xstore solutions
Collaborate with:
Development teams (customization/configuration)
Integration teams (upstream/downstream systems)
Ensure feasibility across:
POS workflows
Integration layers
Deployment constraints

Drive solutioning and validation across:

Sales, returns, tenders
Pricing, promotions, tax handling
Omnichannel flows (if applicable)
Ensure consistency across:
Store operations
Customer experience
Work closely with integration teams to ensure:
Alignment with ERP, SAP, SAP CAR, Workforce systems
Validate:
Data flows (inbound/outbound)
End-to-end business process continuity
Lead and support:
UAT planning and execution
Business validation workshops
Enable:
Pilot store readiness
Store acceptance and go-live readiness
Act as primary liaison between business users and QA teams
Support:
Deployment readiness
Cutover planning and business validation
Ensure:
Store readiness (configurations, workflows)
Minimal disruption during rollout
Work with:
Business stakeholders (store ops, retail SMEs)
QA teams (for validation and defect triage)
Development teams (solution delivery)
Program leadership (status, risks, decisions)
Ensure clear functional traceability from requirement → test → deployment
Successful UAT sign-offs across UK rollout
Accurate fit-gap analysis with minimal rework
High business adoption during pilot and rollout
Minimal functional defects during go-live
