The role

As a Brand Specialist, you will be the ambassador of your brand, delivering a world-class and memorable customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales by building a loyal client base, strengthening relationships, and elevating the brand's presence across the store.

This is a dynamic, customer-focused role where no two days are the same. You will work collaboratively with your team and wider store network, while also taking ownership of your brand's performance and development.

Our teams are trusted to work with autonomy, and you will also:

  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty
  • Host and support training sessions for colleagues, sharing brand knowledge and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales through events, clientelling, and cross-store partnerships
  • Deliver exceptional standards of visual merchandising and ensure strong product availability through effective stock management
  • Act as the key point of contact for brand representatives externally, compiling detailed weekly reports and building strong, trusted relationships
  • Tailoring experience is preferred

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours across 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.

About You

Our Brand Specialists are passionate retail professionals who bring energy, expertise, and a customer-first mindset to everything they do. You take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful, personalised experiences for every customer.

With a strong understanding of both your brand and the wider retail landscape, you are confident in driving performance while maintaining the highest standards across the shop floor.

You will also:

  • Be self-motivated and naturally curious, with a desire to continuously develop your product and industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to surprise and delight customers through an innovative approach to service.
  • Have excellent organisational skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Use an analytical approach to understand performance and identify opportunities to grow your brand.

Our Promise to You

Help us make the impossible possible for our customers, and we'll support you in building an exceptional career. Alongside a collaborative and inspiring environment, you'll have access to development opportunities and the chance to grow within a world-renowned business.

Uniquely You

At Harrods, we celebrate individuality. While this advert outlines the ideal skills and experience, we value potential just as much. If you feel you can thrive in this role, we encourage you to apply.
