Requirements

What we're looking for

Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or customer analytics within an agency or consultancy environment
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr, or similar tools
Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
Experience building reports, dashboards, and visualisations for stakeholders
Knowledge of campaign measurement, customer journey analysis, and marketing performance
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
Experience supporting or guiding more junior analysts
Understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and responsible data use

The Role

What you'll do

Deliver campaign performance analysis and marketing effectiveness reporting
Generate actionable insights from customer, web, and digital data
Analyse customer journeys to identify opportunities for optimisation
Use analytics platforms such as GA4 and similar tools to answer business questions
Build, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions and dashboards
Support tagging, tracking, and data collection initiatives alongside technical teams
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and clients
Contribute to analytics roadmaps and wider account growth initiatives
Mentor junior analysts and support delivery across projects
Collaborate with strategy, technology, and data teams in an agile environment
