PRODUCT PROPOSITION MANAGER - MORTGAGES

London (Hybrid) | £70,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity for a Product Proposition Manager to join a growing financial services business. You'll play a key role in shaping product strategy, analysing market trends, and driving commercial performance across their property portfolio.

THE ROLE

Manage and enhance lending propositions across the product lifecycle
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
Analyse performance data and MI to identify opportunities for growth
Support product governance and performance monitoring
Deliver commercial recommendations to optimise product performance
Partner with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
Support new product launches and proposition enhancements

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in Product Management, Proposition Management, or Product Pricing within the mortgage space
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Experience in priicng analytics and pricing strategy
Experience using MI and performance reporting to drive decisions
Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong Excel capabilities
