The role

We are looking for a passionate Kitchen Porter who enjoys great food and being part of a team. Green & Fortune offers high-quality hospitality experiences across London, with Sea Containers, on Southwark Bridge, on Blackfriars Bridge, offering hospitality catering, bespoke events, and scenic views of London skyline and Thames.

We operate during weekdays, and occasional weekends, through daytime till early evening.

At Green and Fortune, we take pride of the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.

Since 2008, our Makers have been creating exceptional hospitality across London's restaurants, cafés, bars, workplaces and event venues. From chefs and bartenders to event professionals and front-of-house teams, we're united by a passion for great food, genuine service and creating experiences people remember.

Nearly 20 years on, that spirit still defines who we are: independent, hands-on, and committed to doing hospitality differently.

We embed sustainability and responsibility into everything we do, from reducing our environmental impact to supporting our people and local communities. Caring for our people, our communities, and the planet is part of everyday life at Green & Fortune, and every team member plays a role in this.

What you'll do

Support the kitchen team with cleaning, preparation and clear-down.

  • Prepare the workstation, ensure equipment and work areas are clean, organised and ready for service.
  • Help the kitchen run smoothly, clean, restock supplies and support the chefs wherever needed.
  • Open and close the kitchen, ensuring all areas are clean, organised and ready for the next shift or day.
