The role

We're looking for a Cocktail Waiter to join Bartholomew's at London Museum, opening on 28 November in historic Smithfield. This new cocktail bar will feature a drinks menu developed in collaboration with acclaimed bartender Mr Lyan, alongside a food menu designed to complement the cocktails.

At Green & Fortune, we take pride in the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.

What you'll do

Deliver warm, attentive service from pre-opening to close.

  • Get the floor ready, setting up tables, menus and glassware.
  • Bring the menu to life, explaining cocktails and dishes, sharing their stories and making thoughtful recommendations.
  • Keep service running smoothly, looking after guests, working with colleagues and resetting tables throughout service.
