The role
Bartender - Open Day
Join us for our London Museum Open Day!
Apply for our Bartender role and, if shortlisted, you'll be invited to our Open Day at our Head Office on 30 October.
We're looking for a Bartender to join Bartholomew's at London Museum, opening on 28 November in historic Smithfield. Inspired by the energy of London, this lively new bar will feature an evolving cocktail menu curated by Mr Lyan Studio, bringing the city's stories to life through creative drinks, seasonal flavours and inventive cocktails.
At Green & Fortune, we take pride in the connections we make through the moments and memories we create.
What makes you the Bartender?
Deliver great drinks and engaging service from pre-opening to close.
- Get the bar ready, maintaining organised, clean and well-stocked stations with support from the barback team.
- Bring the drinks menu to life, preparing classic and signature cocktails, sharing their stories and recommending drinks to guests.
- Keep service running smoothly, supporting guest enquiries, stock management, orders and bar equipment maintenance.
What you'll bring as Bartender?
At least one year's experience in a quality-led bar, with good knowledge of spirits, wines and classic cocktails. You'll be confident preparing drinks, engaging with guests and curious about new flavours and techniques.
We encourage a one-team approach and a willingness to get stuck in with all aspects of the restaurant, from bar to floor.
