The role

Are you an experienced People professional who enjoys getting stuck into employee relations casework, giving managers practical advice and helping shape policies that work in the real world?

This is a hands-on role where employee relations casework is a significant part of your day-to-day work. You'll manage a varied caseload across disciplinary, grievance, attendance, probation and capability matters, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our People policies and guidance.

We're looking for someone who is confident managing cases, comfortable having challenging conversations and motivated by achieving fair, consistent outcomes for colleagues.

You'll provide practical guidance on policy and process, support investigations, hearings and meetings, prepare documentation and ensure cases move forward effectively.

Casework sits at the heart of the role, but you'll also have opportunities to contribute beyond individual cases. You'll support the review and implementation of People policies, develop guidance and resources, contribute to organisational change activity and use casework trends and workforce information to identify where we can improve the experience of our colleagues and managers.
