Role Overview

• Overall responsibility for the Grainger Trust (GT) portfolio ensuring full regulatory compliance for a For Profit Registered Provider (FPRP).
• Attend and report to the GT Board on performance, regulatory compliance and policy changes. Provide all necessary assurance to operate as a FPRP.
• Overall responsibility to ensure the inhouse management services delivers excellent services to GT customers, maximising income and providing value for money services in line with the regulatory standards.
• Working closely with Development Team on any acquisitions for GT. Ensure all pipeline of new homes are fully onboarded within the platform.
• Ensure GT is meeting requirements set by the Regulator for Social Housing.
• Undertake full asset management of the Grainger Trust (GT) portfolio driving the performance and added value with detailed reporting as required by the Plc and the GT Boards.
• Supporting the GT Board, though the production of papers, following up actions and regular updates.
• Ensure GT Board is advised of portfolio developments through regular reporting and attendance at Board meetings.
