Salary | OTE £55,000+ | Salary negotiable on experience + uncapped bonus

You'll ideally have experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller, Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive within automotive.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Commercially minded and target driven
• Confident leading and motivating a team
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills
• Organised, proactive and forward thinking
• Passionate about achieving results and developing people

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in driving the success of our new Duxford site, including:

• Maximising vehicle and finance/product sales
• Supporting and motivating the sales team
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Managing stock and profitability
• Coaching and developing team members
• Working with Marketing to drive sales
• Supporting the wider dealership operation
