• You pride yourself on having excellent product knowledge in both food and wine and going the extra mile to create memorable guest experiences
• You're confident to run a section, open and close shifts, supervise and motivate the junior members of the team
• Your attention to detail ensures consistency and your keen desire to coach the team enhances their knowledge and confidence
• You thrive on teamwork and support the management team to guarantee guests always leave with a fully positive dining experience
