• Assist the Senior Team to manage the day to day operation of the kitchen whilst supervising and developing the brigade
• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen
• Assist the Head Chef in menu development and creation ensuring seasonality of ingredients
• Ensure that targets are met in relation to payroll and food costs and the brigade comply with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedures

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Bread Street Kitchen - Limehouse.

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef within a quality high volume restaurant environment
• Be passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal dishes
• Be able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a team
• Have the ability to develop a team enhancing the skill level of the brigade
• Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a team
