Heddon Street Kitchen, located in Regent's Street Food Quarter, is inspired by Bread Street Kitchen in the City and situated over three floors, expect a relaxed, modern European menu. From brisk breakfasts and post-shopping pit stops through to lunch, dinners and after work cocktails, Heddon Street Kitchen is open all day seven days a week.

• Take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish is prepared and delivered to the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation throughout every service.
• Lead by example, maintaining exceptional levels of organisation, cleanliness and discipline while ensuring your section is fully prepared and service-ready.
• Work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and wider kitchen brigade to deliver a smooth, efficient service and an outstanding guest experience.
• Support, coach and develop junior members of the team, sharing your knowledge and helping them build their skills and confidence.
• Bring energy, passion and a commitment to excellence to every service, remaining calm, focused and hands-on in a fast-paced environment

• An experienced Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie, with a strong background in high-quality, high-volume restaurants.
• Passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional standards, consistency and attention to detail.
• A natural team player who takes pride in supporting and developing those around them.
