An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and fast paced Marketing Team as a Digital Trade Executive at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global.

The Delivery Trade Executive will be responsible for managing and optimising our third-party delivery platforms, driving revenue growth and ensuring a high-quality guest experience across multiple markets.

• Manage key delivery platforms including Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat and Supper, ensuring menus, pricing and promotions are accurate and optimised
• Monitor performance and KPIs, using data and insights to drive sales, improve margins and increase visibility.
• Identify and deliver commercial opportunities to grow revenue across regions.
• Build strong relationships with delivery partners and maximise partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and align delivery activity with wider campaigns
