What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or as a Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step
Confidence running a section within a quality hospitality environment
Strong culinary skills and excellent attention to detail
Enjoyment in supporting and developing junior team members
Organisation, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
A genuine passion for food, hospitality and continuous improvement
An eagerness to progress your culinary career within a supportive environment

Set within beautiful Warwickshire countryside, Ansty Hall is a characterful country house hotel where heritage, hospitality and contemporary dining come together. With stylish guest accommodation, popular dining experiences and a thriving events business, every day offers something different.

We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade and play a key role in delivering rosette standard dishes, helping us continue to elevate our culinary offering.

What you'll do

Our Chef de Partie will:

Take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
Organise and manage daily preparation and service within your area
Support, coach and develop Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs
Ensure excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance
Maintain high standards of quality, consistency and portion control throughout service
Assist with stock control, ordering and stock rotation processes
Work closely with the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Contribute ideas and creativity to menus, dishes and ways of working
Support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food

You'll be an experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up, with a passion for delivering exceptional food and maintaining the highest culinary standards. You’ll bring:
