Location: Warrington HubShift: PM Shift - Any 5 days in 7, 13:45-22:15Salary: £28,847 per annum
About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and organised Gatehouse Coordinator to join our team at Warrington Hub. You'll play a key role in maintaining an accurate and efficient yard operation, ensuring trailers are managed safely and directed to the correct locations.
What You'll Be Doing
Booking trailers in and out of the hub using the Yard Management System.
Completing regular yard checks and maintaining accurate records.
Directing trailers to the correct bays and responding to shunter queries.
Monitoring yard movements and escalating discrepancies or operational issues.
Recording vehicle damage and liaising with Transport Shift Managers.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, ideally within a hub or transport operation.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence using internal systems and Microsoft Excel.
The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and communicate effectively.
