Use data, MI and KPIs to spot trends, challenge performance and drive continuous improvement.
Build engaged, motivated and high-performing operational teams.
Work collaboratively across Delivery, Hubs and wider support functions.
Champion a strong health and safety culture and role-model the right behaviours.
Provide visible, calm and decisive leadership across a fast-paced 24/7 operation.
What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced operational leader who can quickly understand a depot, identify what needs to change and confidently lead people through improvement.
You'll also bring:
Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management experience.
A track record of improving operational performance and efficiency.
Commercial awareness with a strong customer and service focus.
Confidence working with budgets, KPIs, management information and operational data.
Good Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
The ability to work with pace, remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
A full UK driving licence.
