What you'll be serving up...

As a Waiting Staff member, you will play an important role in delivering a friendly, professional, and high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC.

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Provide guests with information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods

Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards

Assist with setting up and clearing tables, keeping the dining area clean and well-presented

Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality of food

Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines are followed at all times

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently

Previous waiting experience is desirable but not essential

Genuine interest in working within the hospitality industry
