Proven experience working in a fast-paced bar environment

Knowledge of basic spirits, mixers and responsible alcohol service

Genuine interest in customer service excellence with strong attention to detail

Confident applying licensing laws and venue procedures under pressure

A positive team player who can manage multiple requests in a busy, loud environment

Self-motivated, resilient and able to perform well under pressure
