SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead to spearhead our SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This role is crucial in driving the modernisation of our business processes across finance, supply chain, HR, stores, warehouse operations, manufacturing, ecommerce and HR & Payroll.
You'll be responsible for shaping and guiding the integrated SAP solution across multiple workstreams, while coordinating and leading a team of internal & external functional experts.
You'll act as a trusted Functional expert, internal design authority and work in close partnership with internal stakeholders, delivery teams and 3rd party partners to land a solution that's robust, scalable, and business-ready. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA's advanced functional capabilities and a proven track record in a Functional, Cloud Applications and solutioning lead role in SAP S/4HANA implementations.

We're a hybrid business, which means you'll have flexibility alongside time together with your team. In this role, you can expect a minimum of 1 day per week in our Leicester Office helping you stay connected, collaborate and do your best work for our customers.
On-site presence will be required to support stakeholder meetings, team meetings and programme phases such as workshops, testing, and go-live.
Travel to other Dunelm sites and partner locations may be expected depending on programme needs.

Dunelm's SAP solutions underpin many of Dunelm's operations including Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory management, Order management, Warehouse management, HR and Payroll. These SAP solutions will be coming out of mainstream support in Dec 2027 and at the end of their operational life in Dec 2030. Over the next few years, we are planning to replace these legacy SAP solutions with the latest SAP solutions starting with the replacement of SAP ECC with SAP S/4HANA. Our People systems landscape consists of SAP HCM/Payroll and several other 3rd party solutions.
Our plan is to replace this with SAP SuccessFactors as an integrated HCM Enterprise Suite solution. We will also be replacing our SAP EWM solution with SAP EWM HANA and SAP PO with SAP BTP Integration Services
