business in a sustainable way. We work closely with many other areas of the business but most notably stores, store operations, digital growth, product and design teams.

Join Dunelm as a Field Service Assistant Technician and become the face of our made-to-measure service across London. Travelling between customer homes by motorcycle, you'll provide expert aftercare support for our bespoke curtains, blinds, and shutters, carrying out minor adjustments and improvements to ensure every product looks and performs exactly as intended. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, helping to create beautiful living spaces while delivering an exceptional in-home experience.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and solving practical challenges. Combining hands-on technical skills with outstanding customer service, you'll build trust with customers, provide tailored solutions, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Supported by our wider store and service teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring every made-to-measure purchase continues to delight customers long after installation.
