We are looking for a Head of Legal to lead our legal function, partner with senior stakeholders, and provide commercially focused legal advice that supports business growth.

As a Head of Legal you will:

• Lead, manage and develop a team of solicitors and contract managers, fostering a high-performing legal function.
• Act as a trusted adviser to the Executive Team and senior leaders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
• Lead legal support for key customer, supplier, technology and strategic commercial agreements.
• Oversee complex contract negotiations and ensure effective legal risk management across the business.
• Support the General Counsel on corporate governance, strategic projects and Board-level matters.
• Drive continuous improvement within the legal function through streamlined processes, best practice and technology.
