Monitor forecast accuracy and implement actions to improve planning effectiveness

Support product launches, product transitions and other business initiatives impacting demand

Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across planning activities

Contribute to process improvements that enhance forecasting reliability and business insight

As a Demand Analyst, you will have/be;

A minimum of 2 years' experience in Demand planning/analysing, forecasting, Supply Chain planning, Sales & Operations planning (S&OP) or a related role

Experience working closely with commercial teams and supporting market-led forecasting activities

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels

Confidence to challenge forecast assumptions and drive data-based conversations

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities from complex data

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using forecasting or planning systems

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
