Requirements

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Experience with ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and demand planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus.
Serve as the primary master data steward, leading the ongoing maintenance, auditing, and continuous improvement of critical planning parameters.
Establish and enforce organisation wide data governance standards and validation protocols to ensure high data quality and cross-system consistency
Strong, proven expertise in forecasting techniques, statistical modeling, and data manipulation.
Strong interpersonal skills: an impactful communicator who builds strong, collaborative relationships across teams, and is able to influence across all levels.
High ownership & accountability: a self-starter who operates with high autonomy and an execution-focused mindset, taking end-to-end accountability for the demand signal.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
Established experience in demand and/or supply planning, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or beauty environment.
Familiarity with S&OP processes and business planning
