Senior Customer Care Advisor

We're looking for a Senior Customer Care Advisor to join our Customer Care team, supporting Landlords and Tenants by resolving customer concerns and delivering positive outcomes. Successful candidates can work from a local Connells Group branch or office location.

• Managing customer concerns and complaints both verbally and written.
• Managing more complex cases across 3 legislative countries.
• Investigating issues and working with colleagues across the Group to find solutions.
• Helping maintain quality standards and improve customer experience.
• Undertaking additional wide range of tasks the smooth running of the team
