Challender Recruitment is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join a leading automotive bodyshop team in Aldershot. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service.
• Manage bookings, schedule repairs, and keep customers updated throughout the process.
• Liaise with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, job cards, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in line with company standards.

• Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive or bodyshop sector is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
