HR Administrator

The role: We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced Employee Relations team at Care UK. You'll play a key role in supporting our colleagues and line managers with a wide range of HR administrative tasks, helping to deliver a high-quality and consistent service across our central functions and care homes.

• Ensure efficient and effective admin support for Support Centre Managers including processing pay adjustments to payroll, contract variations and secondments and changes on the HR&P system
• Post employment offer activities including new starter information, DBS processes and checking right to work documents
• Responding to reference requests for Support Centre and closed Homes
• Note taking for Support Centre disciplinary, grievance and other similar processes
• Updating organisation charts for Support Centre
• Dealing with queries from all levels within Care UK including pay related, flexible working and employment T&Cs
• Providing support for the annual staff survey specifically for Support Centre including communicating timelines, completion rates and survey results
• Supporting the organisation of ER training events
• Admin duties as reasonable and requested by the wider ER, Policy and Reward team

• Have previous experience in a busy HR team
• Able to manage confidential information
• Great attention to detail
• Confident communicator with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally, experience using HR systems
