We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our team at Cygnet Brunel.
Cygnet Brunel in Bristol offers an extensive Neuropsychiatric treatment, care and rehabilitation model which is unique in its ability to provide a dedicated pathway to meet the complex needs of the men they support.
What you'll do
Your day-to-day...
- Ensure HR systems are regularly maintained & updated
- Work with the HR teams & provide administrative support
- Ensure all HR records & systems are accurate & comply with the Data Protection Act
- Maintain employee personnel files & ensure they are fully compliant with CQC guidelines
- Proactively develop & implement robust systems across Cygnet
- Assist in the maintenance of employee data on Cygnet's HR information system.
