Social Media & Community - Freelancer

At Butterfly Effect, small actions spark big change. We believe that when people feel seen, change happens and nobody makes people feel seen like the ones living in the comments, the trends and the culture every single day. That's where you come in.

Who we're looking for: The always-on minds. Social Media Managers, Community Managers, Content Creators, Copywriters, Paid Media & Performance Specialists, Analytics & Reporting freelancers and everything in between. If you run channels, grow communities or make the numbers make sense, there's a place for you here.

If culture, creativity and transformation excite you, drop your details. Let's make change happen.

• You build community through trust - you know attention isn't belonging

• You move with pace and ownership - see the gap, close it

• You have real cultural fluency - you live inside communities, not above them

• You think in systems - distribution, media and data, all connected

• You're hungry to build new - if you want a playbook, look elsewhere
