Project Cocoon is our six-month internship programme. Real client work from day one, a dedicated captain invested in your development, and a clear decision on what comes next.

You build the thing instead of waiting for someone to build it. You have automated something nobody asked you to automate. When a tool doesn't exist, you make a rough version and see if it holds.

• Something you have built that we can look at or that you can walk us through. A repo, a tool, an automation, a model, a scraper, a spreadsheet that does something clever, we don't mind the form

• You are comfortable with data: finding it, cleaning it, and saying what it means without overclaiming

• You use AI tools weekly to build, and can show us what you made with them

• You can commit to the full 90 days from January 2027, and you have the right to work in the UK
