The role
We're looking for a talented Senior Associate (Corporate Real Estate) to join our growing Real Estate team in Cardiff.
The role
What you'll do
As a Senior Associate, you'll provide commercial property support to our longstanding client base, with a particular focus on growing our real estate work in Wales. You will work within our expanding Real Estate department across a range of sectors, including landlord and tenant work, corporate support, and real estate finance, supporting fast-paced and time-intensive transactions.
Providing proactive and commercial legal advice on time and to a high standard of technical competence across a broad range of corporate real estate matters.
Taking responsibility for running your own caseload without supervision and working across a wide breadth of transactions.
Undertaking focused business development activity to support the growth of the firm's real estate offering in Wales.
What is important here is that you enjoy the challenge of real estate work and that you have an eagerness to build internal relationships, external client relationships and become a 'go to' person within the business. You'll also be keen to convert client relationships, so you'll enjoy focused business development activities.
