• Executive Support & Organisation

• Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, ensuring time is used effectively
• Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all attendees are fully briefed
• Supporting multiple stakeholders across the business

• Communication & Coordination

• Drafting high-quality letters, emails, and professional correspondence
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external partners
• Handling communications with discretion, professionalism, and confidence

• Administration & Systems

• Preparing presentations and documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Supporting the use of internal HR and IT systems
• Managing inboxes, prioritising messages, and flagging urgent matters

• Collaboration & Teamwork

• Partnering with other PAs and the wider leadership team
• Providing support wherever needed to ensure team success
• Championing Bestway's values, culture, and standards
