The role

This is a hands-on Technology Adoption Manager role focused on helping Berkeley Oxford and Chiltern (BHOC) successfully adopt and embed the digital tools, systems and innovations developed and approved by Group IT. In your role, you will translate Group IT priorities into practical implementation within BHOC, coordinating rollouts and ensuring teams understand and make effective use of the available technology.

Working closely with Group IT, the Operations Board and departmental teams, you will identify where Group solutions add value, coordinate their implementation, provide practical training and support, and build confidence and capability across the business. You will also work with teams to understand their ways of working and identify wider opportunities for digital tools, AI or automation to improve efficiency, reduce administration or simplify processes, bringing these opportunities to Group IT for consideration and support. You will also monitor adoption and benefits of digital solutions, gather user feedback and provide a clear link back to Group IT to support continuous improvement and ensure BHOC remains aligned with the Group's technology direction.

What you'll do

  • Develop a strong understanding of the systems, processes and working practices within each BHOC department.
  • Work with the Operations Board and departmental teams to identify digital opportunities, priorities and capability gaps.
  • Develop and deliver a practical BHOC digital adoption programme, aligned with Group IT.
  • Act as the key link between BHOC and Group IT, ensuring BHOC makes full use of Group systems, tools, training and initiatives.
  • Gather BHOC requirements and user feedback and provide a clear feedback loop to Group IT, helping influence the development and improvement of Group tools and solutions.
  • Provide hands-on training, coaching and support to teams and individuals, tailored to their roles and needs.
  • Help teams use existing digital and AI tools to simplify processes, reduce duplication and improve productivity.
  • Coordinate (as opposed to 'Support) the rollout and adoption of new Group IT initiatives within BHOC.
  • Build a network of digital champions across the business to encourage adoption and share best practice.
  • Monitor adoption, identify where further support is needed and report progress to the MD and Operations Board.
  • Track defined measures of success to demonstrate benefits and shape future priorities.

**You'll be based in Taplow, with regular travel to our Cobham office, giving you the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the wider IT team**
